Discussion:
It’s going to be a warmer day after starting off with freezing temps. Highs will reach the low 60s this Thanksgiving under partly cloudy skies. A cold front will move through the region tonight bringing the chance for a few showers late. The mountains may see a mix of rain and snow, but accumulations will be light by Friday morning. Any precip will wrap up by 7 am. Sunny skies return Friday with drier weather for all the shoppers out there trying to score a deal. Temps will be cooler than Thanksgiving with highs reaching the mid-50s. Overnight lows will fall into the upper 20s to start the weekend. We’ll gradually warm until the next disturbance rolls through Sunday night into Monday. Not as much moisture with this boundary. There is a chance for a quick blast of snow for the mountains, but once again accumulations will be light. Temps will warm to the low 60s by mid-week with little to no rain chances.
