Warm Workweek Ahead – WCCB Charlotte’s CW

Plentiful sunshine returns to the forecast by midweek, accompanied by highs in the 80s.

Beautiful weather has returned to the Carolinas this Sunday, and good times will keep on rolling into the workweek. Clouds and winds out of the northeast will keep things on the cooler side for our Monday, but temperatures will only climb from there. After we top out in the 60s and 70s on Monday, most places in the Piedmont will climb into the 80s for much of the week ahead. Sunshine will grab hold of the Carolinas by midweek, and won’t relinquish its grip until the weekend. A strong cold front arrives by next Sunday, which will bring rain chances and much cooler temperatures as we look to close out October.

Tonight: Variable clouds. Cool. Low: 62°. Wind: N 5-10.
