HUNTERSVILLE, NC — A Huntersville Police Officer has serious injuries after an accident Friday morning.
The crash happened just before 9 a.m. on Stumptown Road at Hugh McAuley Road. Medic says they transported the officer to Carolinas Medical Center. Huntersville Police confirmed the officer was on a motorcycle at the time of the accident.
We are told the officer is expected to recover.
